Whippletree Photography We are a storytelling photography duo based in Pittsburgh, PA. Hello there! Both avid readers, we are passionate about telling stories through our photos.

We are Christopher and Marci, founders of Whippletree, former scientists who independently discovered our unique talents for photography. Our shared passion for capturing the little details of everyday life eventually led to us connecting on Instagram. What started as a simple "like" eventually developed into a deepening friendship as we slowly expanded our photography trips internationally. We ha

ve been known to hop on a plane to Iceland in pursuit of the aurora borealis and a total solar eclipse, camp in the isolated back country of the American West, and currently travel the world full time. Our approach blends documentary storytelling with fine art sensibilities. We want to create a customized experience for you and collaborate together to preserve your special memories for a lifetime!

Unfortunately, my friends, I once again fell off the face of the IG planet. I was just perusing the images on my phone and came across some photos from a week spent in Banff, Alberta last autumn with Marci and one of my best friends. This was such an epic sight! This bull relaxed in this field meandering at a snails pace for a decent half an hour or so.
