A memorable wedding that we did was last month right on St. Patrick's Day. Of course there was a theme! An Irish menu that included colcannon soup to warm the bones on a chilly evening.

As a bespoke caterer this is what we do, we cater to our clients, tell their story through their menu, and continue that thoughtfulness that has been placed on every detail of a wedding.

TWO very special events with Matthew Meyer who is the winemaker of Williamsburg Winery.

The day began with a two course brunch. And in the evening a wine reception with paired appetizers.

Matthew was able to meet our lovely guests and speak to them individually about his wines, his inspiration, and what a Napa Valley winemaker's journey to Virginia looks like.
