Our Pigs are prepared South Carolina style Split, spread and brushed with a vinegar pepper sauce throughout the roasting process. Pulled smoked pork can accompany the pig, it would be prepared mostly offsite due to extensive cooking and smoking times. Various meats and sides typical of a barbeque are part of the package. You can choose to have meat prepared in a pit, smoker or on a grill. We are happy to customize your event!
