A truly magical day for two people who made every thoughtful detail their own. With the timeless architecture of Hartwood Acres Mansion as their backdrop, Madison looked every bit like a princess in a fairytale. Their sweet daughter stole everyone’s hearts, leaving not a dry eye in sight as she walked down the aisle toward her dad.

The weather kept us on our toes with rain, lightning, and sunshine throughout the day, but thankfully the skies cleared just in time for the key moments. Through every change, their incredible vendor team stayed flexible and made sure they had the best day

An intimate, romantic evening at The WBU Event Center

Guests were welcomed with pre-ceremony champagne as they entered the lower level of the venue, filled with pampas grass, vintage details, and boho charm.

The reception space was filled with DIY bud vases of white roses and a gorgeous palette of ivory & blush rentals from The 1978 Collection. EF Lighting completed the vision by adding abundant candlelight to the tables, string lights by the bar, and disco balls above the dance floor

Guests captured memories at Pittsburgh Photo Booth Rentals, enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by Sausalido, dessert from CONFECTIONS, and danced the night away to Jason Lloyd Kendall

It was such an honor to provide wedding day management and design support for this incredible couple. And a special shoutout to the amazing team at The WBU Event Venue — I’m so excited to now be on their preferred vendor list! If you’re looking for a venue full of history, character, and charm, this one deserves a spot at the top of your list 🤍
