We’ve been working hard to bring you a fun-filled evening for the entire family, so come join us at Ohio Township Community Park for a night to remember!

EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT:
5:00 PM - PARADE START:
Kick off the evening with our lively parade, starting at the Fire Department on Roosevelt Road and heading into the park. Bring your candy bags and don’t miss the music by the Avonworth Band!
5:00 PM - PARK FESTIVITIES OPEN!
•Carnival Games hosted by the Avonworth Jr. Class – All proceeds benefit their class!
•Food, snacks, raffles & games supporting local organizations:
Avonworth Cheerleaders (Pie Throwing and other fundraisers benefiting the cheer squad)
Cub Scout Pack 321 (Nature Center Lot - Popcorn for sale benefiting the cub scouts)
Boy Scouts Troop 321 (Nature Center Lot - Meatball Hoagies benefiting the boy scouts)
•Touch-A-Truck – Explore vehicles and equipment from the Ohio Township Road, Police, and Fire Departments (and more)!
•Jump N Slide Inflatable & Eurobungy (open until 8:30pm)
•OTVFC Kids Firefighter Challenge
•Vendor Booths featuring local businesses, nonprofits, and crafters
•Triple A Express Trackless Train
•NEW! Petting Zoo (On the field, 5:00pm - 8:00pm)
•Balloon Artist (With vendor booths, 5:00pm - 8:00pm)
•Lawn Games

•*While Mission Mahi was originally scheduled to be part of our food truck lineup, they’ve had to cancel and will no longer be attending this year’s Community Day. We’ll miss them, but there are still plenty of delicious options to enjoy!*
AFTER THE PARADE COMES INTO THE PARK:
•Special Opening Ceremony Event Kickoff near the Pittsburgh DJ Truck
•The Climbing Wall opens at 6pm!
•Funtastic Foam Party from 6:30 - 7:30 on the field!
MUSIC:
•Music by the Pittsburgh DJ Truck (until 7pm)
•ON STAGE: The InTransit Band will provide the sound track for the night! Grab a spot on the grass in front of the stage and enjoy the music from 7 until fireworks at 9:15pm!
AT DUSK:
A dazzling Firework display by Pyrotecnico after the concert will close the night in style!
PARKING INFORMATION:
Please be patient as you arrive at the park! Follow our staff's instructions when arriving to find your spot. For the safety of all our visitors, traffic through the park loop is limited to shuttles, emergency vehicles, and vehicles with a clearly displayed disability placard or registration plate, event volunteers, vendors, and first responders. All visitors are asked to use the designated spaces and lots for visitor parking.
Additional overflow parking will be available across the street of the park at Eden Christian Academy, and there will also be parking available at Christ Church at Grove Farm. Shuttles will be running all evening to serve visitors parking at the upper lot and Christ Church at Grove Farm when lots at the park and Eden fill up.
