Our ballroom was completely transformed this weekend for a breathtaking wedding filled with lush greenery, dramatic florals, rich colors, candlelight, and incredible details at every turn.

From the floral-covered trees and vibrant centerpieces to the custom dance floor and spectacular sweetheart stage, this celebration is a perfect example of just how dramatically the Grand Oaks ballroom can be transformed to reflect each couple’s unique vision.

Behind the scenes at Grand Oaks Event Centre!

Over the past two days, our team has been busy with a new professional photo shoot to update the Grand Oaks Event Centre photo library and showcase everything our venue has to offer.

We captured our expansive 10,000+ sq. ft. ballroom in multiple configurations, from an elegant wedding to a corporate set up, along with our Magnolia Patio and additional breakout and meeting spaces.

One of the things that makes Grand Oaks special is the flexibility of our spaces. The same ballroom can be transformed from a sophisticated wedding reception to a large-scale conference, trade show, gala, or community event.

We were honored to welcome attendees of the 5th Annual Statewide Summit on Behavioral Health and the Justice System to Grand Oaks Event Centre on September 16 & 17.

Hosted by the Centers for Excellence in Maryland’s Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy, the two-day event brought together professionals and organizations from across the state, and gave our team the opportunity to do what we do best: provide a welcoming space, great food, and attentive service.

We were especially grateful to receive this wonderful feedback from one of the attendees who noticed and appreciated out team's outstanding service.
