Prototypes for this year's t-shirts and hoodies have arrived and are looking sharp! The tees are the same soft cotton blend shirts as last year. The hoodies have gotten an upgrade to a similar ultra-soft cotton-polyester blend from the same brand. You won't find cheap Gildan apparel here!

I completely forgot to post these photos after the gala, but thanks to The Showdown's donation to East Tennessee Children's Hospital, we were represented on the Sponsors boards at the annual Fantasy of Trees Winter Gala.

Happy New Year to everyone! The announcement y'all have been waiting for is finally here:

The Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown 2026 will be on September 19, 2026!

The big news is that The Showdown will be held at the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville. That's right - MVCS is now a destination event! Come for the cars, stay for the go-karts, mini golf, arcade, and even bowling. We will be nestled between the track and the Tanger outlet mall - so you can show, play, and shop all within walking distance!

That's all we have for now. We have a lot of things brewing and details to dial in, such as a Friday night dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, so we will have more things to reveal over the next few months. Pre-registration and flyer posts will be coming soon!

As everyone knows, the Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown is all about raising money for East Tennessee Children's Hospital, and we raised over $3,000 this year. But we didn't want to stop there.

For those that don't know, the hospital puts on the Fantasy of Trees each year. This is a giant display of donated Christmas trees that you can go and see at the Knoxville Convention Center. If you are local it's a great family event and super cheap. People can buy the trees and all the proceeds go to the hospital.

With help from our sponsors First Impressions Graphics and Miniature Mustangs, we donated two trees! Each tree was themed for our beautiful cars - one featuring the Mustang and one the Camaro. Miniature Mustangs donated dozens of die cast cars converted into ornaments while FIG provided the trees and tree skirts. They look great!

Stop by the Fantasy of Trees next week to see them in person... and maybe you will have the chance to buy one and continue our drive to raise money for the children.

More news about next year's show should be coming soon. Until then, have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas!

So I don't know how I missed the fact that the final charts of the show never posted. I was certain I had made the post. Turns out I had scheduled it to post... in 2027. I figured y'all might want to know those numbers a little sooner!

Maybe I'm the only one that nerds out on these charts, but I think it's so cool to see how things break down!

What an incredible 4th Annual Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown!

We are excited to share the final recap and say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who made this year truly special!

Despite changing the show location at the absolute last minute, your dedication shone through! We still had a ton of amazing cars and, together, we raised an amazing $3,076 for the East Tennessee Children's Hospital! This brings our FOUR-YEAR TOTAL to a phenomenal $14,456 for ETCH! Your generosity truly makes a real difference in the lives of children and families.

And the rivalry? The Mustangs came out on top, leading with 43 cars to 31 Camaros – the closest margin EVER! Congratulations, Team Mustang!

Overall, an incredible show with:
* 74 Registered Cars battled it out!
* Representing 5 Different States!
* Showcasing 31 Different Model Years of Mustang and Camaro history!

Thanks for a truly GREAT show, everyone! We can't wait to see you next year!

Didn't I tell you we had a ton of raffle prizes?! All this is up for raffle. Come on over and buy some tickets and toss them into your prizes of choice. Spectators are welcome to participate but you must be present to win.

We also have a ton of door prizes to give away so bring your Mustang or Camaro out to Quaker Steak and L**e and help us raise money for East TN Children's Hospital.
