I’ve been lucky and worked on some cool projects with some cool people and I’m very grateful. ⁣

I’m no motivational speaker but I definitely recommend taking a look back every once in a while.

While smaller cameras are getting more and more capable, I’m looking forward to something with a little more to love. ⁣

These guys were were so sweet! ⁣
⁣
They had an intimate ceremony with just a few family and friends at a great hidden gem of a venue. ⁣
⁣
It was my first wedding back on my own, not second shooting, and the relaxed pace was definitely welcomed. ⁣
⁣
This wedding season is probably going to be nuts so best of luck to all of the couples and shooters out there!⁣

’Tis the season! 🎄 🎁 🥃

I received a completely unexpected gift today from some friends and former clients and .

Even though I consider myself fortunate, 2020 has been rough. This extremely thoughtful gift really brightened my day.

Thank you again, to the newlyweds for the sweet card, the whiskey, the slick Phoenix map rocks glass by , and the chance to practice my product photography.

What a year, huh?⁣

I quit my safe, desk job in October 2019 looking forward to jumping into the freelance world in 2020 😬⁣
⁣
Things didn’t quite go as planned as almost every kind of production came to a halt. ⁣
⁣
Thankfully, these virtual tours became super popular and I was able to do quite a few. ⁣
⁣
Tomorrow, my birthday, is my first “I quit” anniversary. Looking back on this last year, it seems silly to assume I know what’s going to happen in the future. ⁣
⁣
Even still, I’m looking forward to next year... I think.

This was definitely one of those jobs-with-perks for me. I learned a couple of great nuggets even though I’m not usually a photographer.

Shoutout to the brides and ! ⁣

I’ve been on a bit of a posting drought for the past few months. ⁣

Honestly, it’s tough for me to want to post anything “happy” given the current state of things. ⁣
⁣
However, seeing this come together has definitely been a bright spot. These two were incredibly sweet and it was a pleasure working at their big day. ⁣
