Event Install / Strike Assistant Needed – Phoenix (Van/Truck a Plus) ‼️
Hi! We are HoneysBlooms, a local women-owned (mother/daughter founded) business that specializes in event decor and installations! 🌸
We are looking for someone reliable to help with event installs, strikes, and transport of décor and props.
The Role:
Transporting event decor to/from venues.
Assisting with on-site setup (installs) and late-night or post-event teardowns (strikes).
Handling items with care to ensure everything looks perfect for our clients.
Work may include:
• Loading and unloading décor and prop pieces
• Driving to and from venues
• Helping with basic installation and strike
• Transporting items back to storage after events
Most jobs are in the Phoenix area.
This is occasional paid work, ideal for someone with event, production, stagehand, or install experience.
It would be a bonus if you have access to a cargo van, Sprinter, or 15-ft box truck, though it is not always required.
Requirements:
Punctual, professional, and great at communicating.
Ability to lift bulky items
Flexible schedule
