Hello Accelerator family! We’ve been having so much fun over on the page and I wanted to show you guys what we’ve been up to.

Happy Tuesday!! This has taken a little longer than I wanted it to take but I wanted to say a huge “THANK YOU” to all the signed for The Party Planner Accelerator!! It was a jam packed 3 days of content to help start or grow your business!🔥

To be honest, I had no idea how long it would take to do our first workshop and it took way longer than I could have expected. With having a busy event planning company, being a wife and mother to two super busy daughters, I struggled to see how I would ever complete it. I worked on the course after events over the weekend, on planes, on college trips for my youngest daughter, in my car in LA waiting for my oldest daughter at her audition and sometimes at 3:30am in the morning. One thing is for certain, it gave me a new spark and truly fulfilled me every time I opened my laptop to get started again. I am blessed to say that we’ve received such positive feedback on the course and one day we’ll turn the live workshop into a digital course! My goal is to help more event planners start the pathway to reach their goals!

We’ll be sharing more tips on this page to help you continue to provide a service that your clients love! You can do this!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

The Party Planner Accelerator is one week away! Yippie!! We have been sharing some of the topics we’ll be addressing and I wanted to talk about setting expectations.

One of the biggest tasks for a planner or anyone in the event industry is to set expectations with their clients. This is also called managing client expectations.

Clearly defining your services and what you are providing for the client through the planning process creates clarity and trust with your client.

Not clearly defining your services and setting expectations creates confusion and can make the planning process longer than intended so at the end of the day you are losing money.

Setting expectations can be an ongoing process through the planning process but your client will thank you at the end. ❤️

✨Being a boss is knowing how to make quick decisions, how to think on your feet and how to pivot if needed!

✨Being a boss is knowing where you are is not where you need to stay and that “growth” is an ongoing thing!

I can not wait to share the steps that has been an integral part of our party planning business, Parties On Purpose!

The live online workshop is April 25th through April 27th and is split into 3 live sessions. Can’t make it to the workshop? No worries, you will receive a link to all 3 recordings.

I love the word growth! I’ve seen many definitions for growth…the process of growing or increase and expansion.

For me growth is a constant thing that you should always be seeking. Who wants to stay the same? You should always strive to get better. I love this quote, “If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living”. -Gail Sheehy
