the test kitchen. getting ready for sat night private party. this is polenta with a blackened sweet onion accompanied by yellow trumpet mushroom in a carrot. With blue potato, carrot, brussel sprout and patty pan all sitting on a mushroom demi gloss.

its not too late to get a ticket . the food will be off the hook as well as the company. The menu so far is thus:
cream of corn soup
seasonal salad
roasted polenta with mushroom medley, onions and jalapeño , and dessert is a surprise but it includes a chocolate ball, strawberries , ice cream and carmel sauce.

yesterday i had to use up my tofu before it went off so i did two plates. here is one. it is crispy tofu fried in 3 seasonings, on a bed of heirloom tomatoes and parsley there are some burnt onions with parsley oil and carrot surround by baby pattypan squash. enjoy
