no time to even crop photos these days, between new ideas, shipping orders, keeping up with all the flowers that are blooming each day, here’s a quick catch up:

1 and 2: New bowl concept, 4 years in the making. I 3d printed it in 4 sizes to play with. I will say it’s not quite there yet but it has something magical to it- a bowl you don’t need chicken wire, tape, foam, frogs... there’s nothing but flowers and water in there.

if you watched my live arranging Saturday, here’s the design Monday morning. When I dropped my submission off, there were still peonies available so I was able to add some Pastelegance and a pale yellow to finish it off.

picked up my first order from I loved these Brushstroke pansies and was happy to make two distinct palettes with just a few bunches!

I did some photos with the Baby Twist-Pearl and was thrilled to capture the luminous almost waxed looking petals of Butterfly Ranunculus. This vase glows like a photo filter. It’s been drawing people over to it when I’m packing the pieces just out of the kiln at The Clay Studio. You can join the wait list on the website, just 99 pieces releasing for Mother’s Day.

A vase made simply because I LOVE hellebores.

Stems too thick for a bottle, nodding heads that need a bit more support than most. Heights that range from 6” to 12” usually. I wanted a vase that would let me make a little landscape with these special flowers. To capture a bit of my garden and put it on my table. So I made one.

This weekend, the plants-which have been testing my patience since 2020 were at their prime. More to come...

I’ve always loved fashion and it’s no secret my vases are inspired by the way fabric drapes and folds. Twist No.1 was inspired by these early 50s gowns and I was thrilled to see some of these lines in .anderson first couture presentation this week. You can see a peek of what may become Twist No.2 as well as a clay sketch of a draped bowl form.

I’ve seen a wide spectrum of reactions to this year’s Pantone color pick which is really a shade or tone. This is my take as a designer and product maker. I was making my vases long before this week, as a beautiful blank space to celebrate my beloved flowers.
