Meet Mrs. Fish. 🌸
Witty, outspoken, unapologetically bold, and now… completely reimagined in flowers.
We were incredibly honored to be invited to participate in Fleurs de Villes × The Gilded Age at the breathtaking Lynnewood Hall, where Fabufloras was tasked with bringing the fabulous Mrs. Fish to life through floral artistry.
And this one belongs to our insanely talented designer, Shelly Piccione. 🤍
Shelly took full creative reign of this project, dreaming up every unexpected detail and meticulously bringing her vision to life using a mix of 50% fresh florals and 50% preserved + dried materials. From her floral gown and hat to the oversized blooms, textures, colors and tiny details throughout, Shelly’s creativity absolutely blew us away.
Alongside her was our incredible Lead Assistant, Isabelle Kondel, helping turn that vision into the larger-than-life Mrs. Fish you see here.
There was something truly magical about recreating the artistry and extravagance of the Gilded Age inside an actual Gilded Age estate. ✨
We are so proud of these ladies, so proud of this installation, and so grateful to have been part of such a special experience alongside so many incredibly talented Philadelphia floral designers.
