We've made the difficult decision to POSTPONE this event! We apologize to everyone who will be impacted by this change.

With all that is going on in the city and beyond in regards to the novel coronavirus strain, we are taking the advice to not have the event as intended on March 29th. There's a lot of misinformation, confusion and lack of knowledge right now. Our goal is to ensure that our events are both inclusive and SAFE. SAFETY is important here for vendors, attendees, our crew and the trusted team at each and every venue.

To say I'm "crushed" to have to do this is an underfstatement. The POWER OF COLOR Market is something very dear to me, as we always strive for full representation whenever possible at our events and in our community! This event has always been about supporting & empowering diversity in veganism, community and small business! It's a platform for fellow vegan & veg-friendly business owners of color to shine and stand out.

Nevertheless, we move on and this event will too! Our plan is to bring POWER OF COLOR back on September 26th at Friends Center! Announcements & updates will come soon!

Introducing... PHILLY VEGAN EVENTS! We've decided to make a change from hosting events to supporting events as much as possible. Through this page, we hope to continue to cultivate community by bringing vegan event organizers, vendors and attendees together!

From festivals to roundtable discussions, we want to help spread the word and help folks make connections in celebrating vegan living in Philly!

Through Philly Vegan Events, we will continue to stand by our motto of "Shop Vegan. Eat Vegan. Share Vegan" in demonstrating the contributions we all make to this city through compassionate living!

If you're an event organizer, dm us to share your VEGAN events with us!

If you're a vendor, dm us to help us build a network to connect you with VEGAN event organizers in the area!

We hate to make this kind of post, but we just have to!

WE DO NOT SELL OR GIVE OUT OUR MAILING LISTS!

We don't mind helping other organizers, but we also think it's important to put the work in like we and many others do. Get to KNOW the folks you want to vend at your events. Get to KNOW your potential attendees too! Create your own lists. Send emails. Make calls. It's not always a "If you build it, they will come" situation. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK!

Not to mention, when folks sign up for our mailing lists, they are subscribing with the expectations that we DO NOT give out their information to third-parties. So, please keep data privacy and security in mind too!

We ask that you please respect your fellow organizers, their audiences and their vendor communities. We wish you luck in growing your own.
