Dino's Party Center We have moved but only 60 feet away - directly across Morris Street. We are on the South West corner of 9th &Morris St. We have sold our old location.

Just look for the balloons Since 1980, Dino's Party Center has been providing the residents of South Philadelphia and surrounding areas with beautiful balloon decor. Our staff at Dino's can assist you from the initial concept of a simple balloon delivery to the execution of a gala event. We specialize in the "whole" party decor such as balloons, favors, banners, paper products and rentals. We do not quote prices over an impersonal telephone. You may be asked to come into our store to see our portfolios and sample our unique balloon designs. We recommend you call us today and set up an appointment for a special one on one consultation. Transform your celebration into an event to remember. Let our staff create colorful, elegant and unforgettable excitement with balloons and party supplies. You can expect the highest standards of skill and professionalism. You can trust in our proven expertise for all your decorating needs
