SPICY CANTALOUPE JAM - I made this jam with four ingredients last night: canteloupe, sugar, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. This jam balances the sweet, musky flavor of cantaloupe with a kick of heat from the red pepper flakes. It’s summer in a jar :) I see this drizzled on some chèvre in the near future.

Nosh Nomad was selected to cater the Dan Rogers gallery opening in the Foundry Wharf here in Petaluma. A Lil Somethin' Sweet served up cocktails! There was a little something for everyone on the menu. Thanks to Dan and Nicole Rogers for trusting me with their special day!
