We’re looking for 2–3 full-time team members to join our growing crew!

This is a flexible position working both in our café and on our food truck — perfect for someone who’s adaptable and ready to be part of a fast-moving, team-focused environment.

Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)

What we’re looking for:
• Availability for early mornings (5AM starts are a must)
• Weekend availability is required
• Food service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
• Great customer service skills

We are happy to announce that we have worked out a Pickup location for our Neighborhood Meals Initiative.

Scott City Schools have graciously agreed to help us get meals out to those in need.

Meals will be available for pick up on Friday, November 14th at 1408 Main Street, Scott City, MO 63780.

1 Up Food Truck is launching a community-driven effort to provide heat-and-eat meals to families and individuals in need. No questions, just support and nourishment.

How It Works
Donate a Meal — Feed a Neighbor
For $12, any individual, organization, or company can sponsor a complete, freshly prepared meal.

We will be dropping meals off at local schools to distribute ready-to-heat meals so individuals and families can take home breakfast, lunch, and dinner — providing comfort and certainty for the day.

This isn’t a solo mission — it’s a community collaboration.
We are proudly partnering with:
• Local businesses
• Area restaurants
• Regional food suppliers & farms

These partners help us secure ingredients and resources, ensuring every donation goes further and feeds more people.

Your contribution directly funds ingredients, packaging, and operations dedicated entirely to supporting food-insecure individuals in our community.

$12 = 1 meal sponsored
$36 = Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner for one person
$120 = 10 meals
