Are you getting tired of cooking in this heat? Is your child running multiple horses and you just run out of time for meals? Or do you just want a nice refreshing difference to the typical fair food?

Cowgirl Charcuterie will once again be on the grounds creating artistic, handcrafted edible masterpieces for exhibitors, families, and spectators.

Whether you're looking for an individual charcuterie box to enjoy between classes or a larger board to share with family and friends at the horse trailers or while cheering from the stands, we've got you covered.
