🚨 GIVEAWAY 🚨 Three winners, announced Sunday.

We partnered up with Local Pulse Pensacola on this one, and whoever takes the top prize is getting a lifetime pass to Run, Roast & Refresh. Every single event, for good 🌊

If you haven't been out yet: RRR is a wellness morning we host once a month here in Pensacola. Fitness, cold plunges, great people, and coffee, with around 600 folks who all decide to get up early on a Saturday. No matter what shape you're in, you'll fit right in.

The Landrum 5K takes place October 10, and every dollar raised goes to the Lakeview Center. They've been caring for families across Northwest Florida since 1954, covering behavioral health, recovery support, and programs for kids. Great reason to lace up 🙌

Local Pulse Pensacola also added a pair of tickets to Pensacola Eggfest, presented by PenAir Credit Union on November 15, which is easily one of the best food weekends around here 🔥
