🏟️ MetLife Stadium Parking Insights. From a Driver’s Perspective
Heading to an event at MetLife Stadium? Here are a few firsthand observations that may help make your trip a little smoother.
🚘 Drop-Off:
Coming in from Route 120 off Route 3, event staff direct vehicles toward either parking or passenger drop-off. We were directed to the designated drop-off area, which was organized and easy to navigate.
One thing passengers should be prepared for: there is still a bit of a walk across the parking areas to reach the stadium gates. This appears to be part of the traffic-management plan to keep vehicles moving safely around the stadium.
🔄 After Drop-Off:
After dropping off our passengers, we were able to circle back around to the approach road without much difficulty. On the second pass, attendants directed us toward event parking.
🎟️ Parking Pass:
At the parking entrance, your parking pass is scanned. Based on our experience, pre-purchasing your parking pass is definitely the way to go and eliminates one more thing to worry about on event day.
🅿️ Choosing a Lot:
For standard-size vehicles; not stretch limousines or rideshare vehicles, parking was general, allowing us to select the lot that worked best for us.
We chose Lot F, which seemed to be a good location with relatively convenient access to both the MetLife Gate and Verizon Gate.
💡 Champagne Limousine Driver Tip: Even when using professional transportation, passengers should plan for some walking between the designated drop-off area and the stadium. Comfortable shoes are a good idea!
We’re continually learning the best approaches, drop-off locations, and parking strategies at the major venues we serve so we can make your experience as smooth as possible; from your front door to the event and back home again.
