Although the doors of Jamburritos Cajun Grille in Pearland are now closed, we couldn’t close this chapter without recognizing three outstanding members of our Krewe who truly Lived Xtreme Hospitality every day. ❤️

🏆 Mireya – Cook
Mireya’s hospitality reached beyond the kitchen. She would smile at guests while preparing their meals, and before long, guests were smiling and waving right back. Her warmth could be felt throughout the restaurant.

🏆 Tiffany Ryan – Server
Tiffany had a gift for remembering her guests—their faces, their orders, and what made their experience special. She consistently delivered the kind of genuine, personal service that made people look forward to coming back.

🏆 Kelvin Osagie – Server
A hardworking college student, Kelvin was reliable, respectful, and always willing to help. Whatever was needed, you could count on hearing his famous response: “Gotchu.” And he meant it.

To Mireya, Tiffany, and Kelvin: Thank you for representing Jamburritos and Xtreme Hospitality so well. You helped make our restaurant more than a place to eat—you helped make it a place where people felt welcomed and cared for.

We wish each of you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. We are family, and who knows—maybe one day we’ll have the opportunity to work together again.

Wow… news travels fast.
We woke up to see that Chron shared the story of Jamburritos and our recent closing.
Adrienne and I are incredibly grateful for the love, messages, phone calls and encouragement we’ve received over the last several days. This journey has meant so much more to us than simply operating a restaurant. Jamburritos has been about great food, Xtreme Hospitality, our amazing team, and the relationships we’ve built with so many of you.
While this chapter at our Pearland location has come to an end, we are still determining what the next chapter will look like.
New ownership? A financial partner? Another location? A different way to share the food and hospitality we love?
We simply don’t know yet.
But one thing this week has made very clear: the Jamburritos story has touched a lot of people, and for that we are truly thankful.
Thank you to Chron for helping share our story, and thank YOU for continuing to share it with others.
Sometimes all it takes is for the right person to hear about an opportunity at the right time.
The story may not be over yet. ❤️

We know many of you have seen the recent news about the lettuce outbreak. We want to assure you that the outbreak has been linked to shredded iceberg lettuce from a specific supplier.

At Jamburritos, we serve whole romaine lettuce, not shredded iceberg, and our romaine is not sourced from Taylor Farms, the supplier identified in the outbreak.
