SAFETY FIRST: Why Proper Inflatable Setup Matters

We spotted this somewhat- massive inflatable water slide set up today while we were out setting up units in New Albany, and as industry professionals, we were deeply concerned. Take a closer look—this slide was installed with absolutely no stakes securing it to the ground. (Large tie off straps are just loose and laying in the yard)
Setting up a commercial inflatable without proper anchoring is incredibly dangerous. Water slides carry massive weight. Without stakes, a strong gust of wind can easily flip, tilt, or lift the entire structure into the air, risking severe injury to the kids inside.
Lately, we are seeing a massive surge in inexperienced "fly-by-night" rental companies popping up. They often cut corners on safety, lack proper training, and pull lazy stunts—like this same company leaving their detached trailer sitting right in front of the house at the curb, which is a pretty inconvenient and lazy look for a business.
