Our hospitality team guides you through each pour—sharing insights into the winemaking, vineyards, and inspiration behind every selection.

Meet Robin Wolf, our House Manager.

With over 25 years in high-end hospitality, Robin brings a rare combination of creativity, expertise, and genuine passion for the guest experience. An internationally award-winning mixologist, she's opened restaurants and bars on both coasts, contributed to Esquire, Food & Wine, GQ, and Martha Stewart Living, and helped produce events like Tribeca Film Festival and New York Fashion Week.
Now a Central Coast fixture and respected industry voice, Robin leads seminars on sustainability and the future of hospitality—and mentors the next generation of professionals.

We're thrilled to have her leading our front-of-house team at The Anderson Paso.
