Pro tip #2 of the day:

Never order stands from Amazon and wait until you arrive at a setup to unbox.
I experienced missing pieces and no backup.
Thank god for duct tape!

Pro tip:
When setting up for an event in a small space with an hour or less setup time:
Do not allow guest to enter until your vendors are finished.
Give your party planner, balloon artist, catering staff etc time & space to complete their job without have to work around lots of people & say excuse me 1,000 times.
