🍞 SOURDOUGH CLASS SIGN-UPS OPEN SATURDAY! 🍞
I'm so excited to announce that registration for my first Cast Iron Delights Sourdough Bread Making Class opens Saturday, October 10, 2026!
🥖 Class Date: November 15, 2026
⏰ Time: 1–4 PM
💰 Cost: $65 per person
🧺 Optional Sourdough Kit: Add $20
The class includes hands-on instruction, a jar of my sourdough starter, ingredients, recipes, and instructions to help you continue baking at home!
❤️ Only 10 spots available!
If this first class goes well and there's enough interest, I'm hoping to offer a class every month!

I’ll be there with Sweet Appalachia Cake Bar, and we’ll have plenty of cake for you to make your own! 🎂✨

Choose your cake:

And don’t worry, Cast Iron Delights will be bringing the good stuff too! 😉 After the Fall Festival, I’ll be bringing fresh cinnamon rolls and pretzels to the 304.

🍂🐮 FALL FEST AT 304 JUNCTION! 🐮🍂

Looking for something fun to do with the family this weekend? Fall Fest is taking over 304 Junction on Sunday, October 4!
From 12–4 PM, come spend a fall afternoon with us filled with animals, kids’ activities, local vendors, shopping and plenty to explore throughout 304 Junction.

🐮 Mini Highland cows
🐐 Petting zoo
🎨 Face painting + kids’ activities
🛍️ Vendors set up inside & outside
🎃 Fall finds & seasonal goods
🌾 304 Junction Farmers Market vendors

Bring the kids to meet the animals, do a little face painting and enjoy the activities, then wander through the vendors and see what you can find. There’s something for the kids and plenty for the adults to shop while you’re here. 🤎

🌾 Fall Fest also marks the finale of our 2026 Farmers Market season!

It’s been our first season bringing local farmers, growers, bakers, makers and small businesses together on Sundays at 304 Junction — and we’ll be back in 2027!

Look for the 304 Junction Farmers Market May–October • Sundays • 12–3 PM next year.
But before we start thinking about next season, we have one more BIG Sunday to enjoy. 🍁
