Wow, what a weekend!
This weekend’s private event featured:
• Tomahawk ribeyes & filets
• Peach, feta & candied pecan salad with balsamic vinaigrette
• Lemon garlic asparagus
• Loaded baked potatoes

One thing about the BBQ business—you can go a long time without tasting your own food. After cooking and serving it all day, it’s usually the last thing you want to eat.
