✨Over 2,000 years ago, October 31st marked a day rooted in fear and superstition a time when people built bonfires and wore disguises to scare away evil spirits. 🔥👻
But centuries later, the church beautifully redeemed that day, calling it All Hallows (Saints) Day a time to pray, reflect, and honor those who faithfully ran their race before us. 🙏
This year, let’s take time to share that truth with our families to talk about what Hallow-Eve really means, and to remind our kids that we are called to be the light in the darkness. 💡✨
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles us.
And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
— Hebrews 12:1
