“Pool Perks in ATX: An Overview of My Fave Hotel Swimming Pools in Austin” could be my next blog post if I ever get back in the blog-sharing saddle. We’re at the right now—complete with a heated pool overlooking the river—but I’m looking to spice up my dinner plans. Go-to options are typically North, Perla’s, Uchi, Eddie V’s, more recently The Peacock… Looking for something NEW that we can possibly get into TONIGHT without reservations. May all of your weekends be like this. I loved Whitney and Aaron’s florals, and all you can really see here is a boutonnière, but sometimes it’s not about the flowers—I love their vibe and the way everything fit them so well at their rooftop wedding. said it best. Happiness for many comes in the form of processes and organization… And just like that we are creating NEW & IMPROVED processes for our clients + shifting to winter office hours. With temps below freezing and a full holiday season with our family, travel, and local activities ahead, we’re setting in motion office hours: Monday & Wednesday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. I have read and re-read my wedding design plan for tomorrow about 1000 times… And there are still no boutonnières. Could this be a new trend—TO BOUT OR NOT TO BOUT? That is the question. Please give your opinion in the comments. On one hand I love a little man flowers and enjoy making them, but on another, they’re fragile, we can never make them until just before a wedding, and it never fails that they typically get crushed with hugs and wilted with extreme heat regularly making me question my sanity. LOOK AT THAT RING. Definitely one of my favorites in the world right up there with the ones on my finger. Those are my husband’s hands. They save lives, tickle Henry, make me fresh French press coffee every morning with the perfect amount of cream and sugar, and hold onto my own when we’re riding in the car. They also lift bars, stages, vases, candles, and tons of flowers into my truck every week, and buried underneath that hotel robe, he’s got the muscles to prove it. I’ve spent the day organizing and getting ready for some gorgeous “I do’s” tomorrow, but today marks TWO YEARS since the first magazine launch. Cheers to two years and nine awesome issues 🥂🥂🥂 Making magazines probably isn’t for the faint of heart, but I’m definitely lucky to have such an amazing side gig and to work alongside some truly wonderful people in the community we live in.
