Crawfish is a social thing. Crawfish is about celebrating fellowship with those you hold close.
Crawfish is rubbing elbows with strangers, and becoming friends. Crawfish isnt just food, it’s fuel for a party.

In this case, the Messers had me over to celebrate Sean’s graduation. We did the works for this one! Our signature method of seperating the fixins really impressed this group!

The Lyng’s had me over to take care of the boil for their party, and man was it a hit!

They elected to add on a gumbo to their party which gave a non seafood option, and they cleaned the pot so well I could have put it right back in the pantry!

We had a great time taking care of Kaitlyn for her birthday! Plenty of crawfish to go around, and we even seperated the veggies to make serving a breeze!

She elected to have a pot of our famous made from scratch jambalaya added on so everyone could snack while waiting! I There are plenty of other options to chose from also!

As always, Crawfish Man supplied the absolute freshest bugs possible for this party. These crawfish were in the Louisiana bayou on Friday, and on the table Saturday…doesn’t get any better than this!

Man what a Mardi Gras weekend that was!!! The Conch Krewe kicked off the weekend with the best party! They got the works, with all the finest ingredients!

I’d like to personally thank the City of Panama City for selecting me to cater the services for Robert Bush.

Robert was a great man, who loved to make a spicy boil. I hear his was so spicy, it was all left for himself….just like someone else I know!

Feeding some 200 people all at once is not for faint, but collectively we got it done!

It was an honor to give respect to such a great man, I can only hope he approved!
