We specialize in catering to every need of our clients to give them an elegant & exciting picnic of their dreams! Picnic Perfect AV offers six different packages so you can celebrate your special occasion with the appropriate flair! Every picnic comes with the table, linens, flat wear, plates, cups, fresh flowers, candles, rug, pillows + any additional decor to fit the theme. We provide full service event planning (ie, catering, floral, photo/video, venue rental, party favors), which will take the pressure off your shoulders. Just leave it to us! Whether it be date nights, birthdays, brunches, proposals, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, graduation parties…we do it all! We can set up at a public park, specific venue, your backyard, or even inside your living room. We believe that life is all about making beautiful memories, and we want to help make these special moments extraordinary through our custom picnics. Picnic Perfect AV requires a $50 deposit to secure day of event. Remaining balance to be paid 48 hours prior to event. All cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 48 hours to the picnic or the session fee will not be refunded.
