Goat Yoga is a joyful blend of a little bit of yoga, fresh air, and lots of mini goats who play with you as you stretch! Expect to get dirty, they love to interact and may even get a nibble of your clothes! This yoga class is more about the animals and laughter than perfect poses.

✨ What to expect:
• A beginner-friendly yoga flow
• Friendly goats interacting throughout class
• Outdoor, nature-filled setting
• Lots of smiles, laughs, and fun!

No yoga experience needed — just bring an open mind and a sense of humor. This is wellness that doesn’t take itself too seriously and always feels good.

Perfect for girlfriends, first-timers, animal lovers, and anyone craving something a little different. ☀️

🧘‍♀️ Mat rentals available for $5
🥛 Goat milk and farm-fresh eggs usually available with 24-hour notice

Our next class is May 30 at 8:30am!

Derby Day at the Ranch… and wow, you ladies showed up. 🤍🐎

We had a morning of southern charm, a little luxury, and just the right amount of play. From beautifully styled hats to laughter in the grass, the energy was effortless and full of life.

We sipped, we grazed, we brunched.
Custom hat decorating, horseback rides through the property, classic yard games, and horses quietly grazing nearby like something out of a dream. The breeze kept us cool, the clouds rolled in at just the right time, and everything was simply wonderful!

And of course—our best hat winner, Jennifer, absolutely stole the show. 👒✨

More than anything, it was the connection.
Women coming together, laughing easily, slowing down, and soaking in something a little different… a little softer… a little more Wild Sage.

A heartfelt thank you to each of the ladies who showed up and to Nicole and her family at Split Oak Ranch for opening up their stunning space and guiding such a beautiful riding experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting.

XOXO,
Toni Marie + Jessica
