Mel T's Family Catering We are a family that loves to cook!!!! Mother (Melissa) is from a full-blooded Italian family and has been cooking her whole life.

She learned all the old school techniques and goes by her family cookbook or grandmother’s recipes. Dad (Tommy) loves to BBQ and coming up with new and different flavors for his sauces. The boys (Wayne and RJ) love to learn and will one day be able to do this on their own. Melissa and Tommy work full time but in these tough times need a 2nd job but didn’t want to lose family time. So now we get to do what we all love and do it as a family!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone ........... Sorry we have been away for a bit. Our family had a lot to get through but we have and WE ARE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you hate having to have pub subs or order out lunch everyday? In this economy that gets very expensive.
What if I told you for a weeks worth of individual, homemade, great tasting meals it would only cost you $60 ....... would you take it???

Well that is what we are doing ........ You can choose from chicken parm, eggplant parm, pasta and meatballs or chicken marsala.

Also if you want something lighter/healthier ..... I can also do sandwich lettuce wraps (tuna salad, chicken salad, etc.....) , salads of many kinds ....... the options are endless.

And remember if you are having a party and want to do nothing but enjoy it ...... get in touch with us. We would love to be able to provide all catering services for you!!!!!!! 💚🤍❤️

My day time job is cooking lunch at a members only club here in Palm Coast and they had an event last weekend and have one this weekend and Chicken Parm was the meal.
Also my lunch special this week was an eggplant parm sandwich or with pasta!!!!!!! Love what I do!!!!!!!
