We’ve officially launched our new website at https://hig.media.
This wasn’t just a fresh coat of paint. We rebuilt the site around how our clients actually work with us. And because we built it in house, we’re able to make updates faster, improve the experience, and provide better customer service along the way.
The new site makes it easier to:
-View our real estate photography, aerial, video, 3D tour, and floor plan services
-Use the site easily from your phone, tablet, or computer
-Compare packages and choose the right coverage for a property
-Submit booking requests and reschedule appointments directly through the website
-Manage property and appointment details
-Use true team galleries, with the ability to share specific listing photos with people outside your team without exposing the rest of your galleries
We’re also introducing new client tier levels that reward our clients with free services as they continue to work with us.
And we’ve added a new referral program. When you refer a new client to HigMedia and they use your referral code, both you and the new client can earn free services. It’s our way of rewarding the people who continue to support and recommend our business.
A lot of the new system was built around things we’ve learned after years of photographing homes throughout the Treasure Coast and The Palm Beaches.
The goal was simple: make booking us, managing a shoot, getting your media, and earning rewards along the way easier.
And we’re not done yet. There’s still more to come.
