PSA… Not Our Usual “Fun” Post, But Very Important!!

Unfortunately, we've had 1-2 families who booked with what turned out to be a fake bounce house company. They paid a deposit (sometimes the whole rental fee) and the company simply never showed up.

Here are some ways to help you avoid this:
1. Ask where the business is located before you ever give them your address.
A real company can quickly tell you their city and service area.
2. Check reviews in more than one place.
Don’t stop at Facebook—look at their Google Business page and other platforms.
3. Look at their posts and comments.
If comments are hidden or negative reviews keep disappearing, that’s a red flag.
4. Be careful with “available for rent or sale” posts.
Normal businesses don’t rent and sell. They only rent.

We hate seeing families lose money and have their party ruined. 💔
If you’re ever unsure about a company, do a quick check or give us a call and we’ll help you verify.

Let’s keep the parties safe and stress-free. 🎉
