🌧️ Rain was in the forecast… but so was forever. 💍❤️

When the skies opened up at Loblolly Farm, we thought we might have to change plans. Instead, this sweet couple embraced the moment, danced through the drizzle, and created a proposal story they’ll tell for the rest of their lives.

The rain left behind the most beautiful reflections on the dock, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more romantic backdrop. Sometimes the most unforgettable moments aren’t the perfectly planned ones—they’re the ones that happen anyway.

One year ago, we took a leap of faith and became the owners of Southern Lit Events. What a year it has been!

From weddings and proposals to school events, grand openings, corporate events, church celebrations, and everything in between, we’ve had the privilege of helping create so many special memories across our community.

We’ve celebrated milestones, learned lessons, hauled a lot of marquee letters, met incredible people, and watched this little business continue to grow. None of it would have been possible without our amazing customers, supporters, friends, family, and vendor partners who have trusted us to be a part of your biggest moments.

Today we had the honor of creating this beautiful WE 🤍 MOMS installation for church as a small way to celebrate the incredible women who love, nurture, pray, sacrifice, and pour so much into their families and communities.

To every mom, bonus mom, grandmother, spiritual mama, and mother figure—we see you, we honor you, and we celebrate you. 💕

From the very first sunrise of senior year… to the final sunset together as the Class of 2026. ☀️✨

What a beautiful way for these seniors at Pace High School to celebrate the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another. As they gathered together on the football field — laughing, reflecting, dreaming, and soaking in one last sunset as classmates — it was a reminder that these are the moments they’ll carry forever.

The friendships, the Friday nights, the lessons, the memories… all leading to this season of becoming. ❤️

We were honored to help bring both the “SR SUNRISE” and “SR SUNSET” moments to life for such a special class.
