I wanted Shut Up & Eat open by May 1st. Life said, "lol, no." Between real-world expenses and doing this right (not sloppy, not rushed), I'm pushing the opening back.
This isn't quitting - it's building something that actually lasts. Thank you to everyone riding with me. The nachos are still coming.
