After a little time on the sidelines, Chef Tim has officially been cleared to get back to work! 👨‍🍳💪
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone who reached out, checked in, sent messages, and most importantly, kept us in your prayers. ❤️🙏 The love and support from this community has meant more to our family than words can express.

We’ll be making our return on Thursday, June 25th at Sand Lake Microbrewery!
🕑 Serving from 2:00 PM until the bar closes! 🍻🌮
Come celebrate with us, grab an ice-cold beer, devour some tacos, and help us kick off our comeback the best way possible—with good food, cold drinks, and even better company.
We’ve missed all of you more than you know, and we can’t wait to get back behind the grill doing what we love.

This is Chef Tim’s wife.

Chef Tim had a medical event late last night and it is unclear when it will be resolved. Operations are currently paused. I deeply apologize to anyone who was looking forward to trying his food (it’s so good!), we will be back in business as soon as we can.
