You can look at a vendor’s portfolio, read through their packages, stalk their reviews...but sometimes you just want to know what are these people actually like to work with?

It’s a fair question, considering how much time we may end up spending together.

We take our work seriously at Resonate. We care a lot about the events we’re trusted with and genuinely like getting to know our clients!

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes of a wedding day that you probably won’t see as a guest, and may not even think about while planning your own.

There are a lot of details to keep track of and a timeline that doesn’t always go exactly as planned. Our job is to know the plan, keep track of what’s happening, communicate with the people involved, and make adjustments when they’re needed.

A lot of what we handle may never make it back to our couples, and we’re perfectly okay with that! Things come up on wedding days. We figure out what happened, find a solution, and keep things moving. Sometimes our couples never even know there was an issue.

And these are only a few of the things we’re keeping track of throughout the day.
