I love the energy of the wedding party right before the processional. It's a mix of excitement, nerves, and "Let's DO this!"

Katrina and Thomas are such a wonderful couple and a light bit of rain right at the beginning of the ceremony didn't stop any of us. And a big thanks to an incredible vendor team who made it all happen.

There are weddings where you're an officiant, and then there are weddings where you feel like you’re part of a core memory.

Caitlin and Juliana’s ceremony at the was the latter.

I don’t often get an audience so completely electric—the laughter and energy from their guests were absolutely contagious.

But the showstopper? Right before their first kiss, they pulled the pin on a 'Time Since Launch' clock. Watching those seconds start to tick away as they began their life together was a unique, beautiful reminder that every second of 'forever' counts.

Last night marked a significant milestone as I officially joined the Central Florida Wedding Association.

For me, this is far more than simply joining a professional group or adding another networking event to my calendar. It is about finding a sense of belonging within a community of professionals who are like-minded and share the same dedication to excellence.

As I prepare to wrap up my thirty year career in K-12 education, I have come to realize that I am not quite ready to leave the spirit of community behind. It means more to me now than I ever realized.

While my time as an educational leader will draw to a close in a few years, my journey in this industry is just beginning. Between my membership with and now my membership in , I have found a new home.

I am truly looking forward to growing within this community and seeing what we can achieve together.

When I first began this journey, I didn't realize how much I would truly love being a wedding officiant. Standing at the altar with couples during their most pivotal moments has become a profound joy. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with such wonderful people who have recognized my efforts in this way.
