Refund/reschedule notes
*$25 booking fee is non-refundable
*if a reschedule is necessary, the booking fee will transfer to the rescheduled date. As long as reschedule occurs at least 48 hrs prior to event booked,
* no refunds for weather, but a reschedule will be offered in severe weather conditions
* events canceled 47-25 hrs before event will receive a 50% refund.
*events rescheduled within 47hrs of event will be charged a reschedule fee of $25
* no refund or reschedule within 24hr of event

* no refund on paid services within 48 hrs prior to visit. (Please reach out if there are special circumstances- a reschedule may be possible in some circumstances)
* if E-Bunny cancels due to illness or other non-weather related reasons, a refund or reschedule will be offered

Hello, Easter Friends! It was recently brought to my attention that E-Bunny is not receiving messages through messenger! It makes me so sad that we may have missed the opportunity to visit some of you on Easter! Please stay tuned and we will be sharing some new ways to communicate so this glitch does not continue for your next season! If you messaged us and never received a reply, please comment below! I'd love to make it right and make sure you receive all communication from now on! Easter 2022 has passed, but Christmas is coming and we are accepting Rudy the Reindeer visit reservations and, of course, E-Bunny is available to book for Easter 2023- early bookings receive the best booking pricing and the most availability (WIN WIN!!!) Hope you had a Happy Easter and look forward to seeing you all at Christmas '22 and Easter '23 (and in between if the need for a bunny or a reindeer should come up!)
