Our love story began in 2019, first through messaging and then finally meeting up at River Riot. We didn't start dating right away though, we took a few months to get to know each other more. We got engaged in 2021 and started planning our dream wedding—but life had other plans. During that time, Nana was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd time and passed away . She was one of our biggest supporters and one of the main family members that wanted by my side on my wedding day. Her passing shattered me. I fell into a deep depression and didn’t even want to get married anymore.
But love has a way of finding light. After attending a friend’s reception, we were reminded of why we said “yes” in the first place. So, we kept our original wedding date and exchanged vows in a private courthouse ceremony. We planned to celebrate our love with a big wedding on our one-year anniversary—but that didn’t pan out either. So now, we’re planning something beautiful and intentional for our 5-year anniversary, and we’re doing it our way.
Out of our story came Sealed With a Vow—a business born from both heartache and hope. We know what it’s like to want to celebrate love even when life feels overwhelming. That’s why we’re passionate about helping others create heartfelt, organized, and unforgettable moments—whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, or celebration of any kind.
We’re proudly family-run, and rooted in love. When you work with us, you’re not just booking a service—you’re gaining a team who understands just how precious these moments are. 💍
