Our 2026 competition season started this weekend at the Iowa State BBQ Championship in Altoona, IA. We had a great time with our bbq family and got to know some new folks too.
We were “okay” with our cook and here is how we did.
Chicken - 15th
Ribs - 30th
Out of 36 teams we wished we’d done better, but that’s how it goes.
