We’re hosting a Fairy Garden themed styled shoot on August 29 at the stunning in Olympia — and we want YOU to be part of the magic!

🌿 This dreamy shoot will focus on the details that make your work shine, highlighting each vendor’s unique services in a whimsical garden setting.

📸 Photographers: Limited spots available. Participation fee is $100.

We have a few vendor positions to fill for our June 19th styled shoot in Tenino, WA at Hillside Farms Wedding Venue! If you're interested, please let me know!

The shoot will include two sets. Within each set, there will be 3 stations/set-ups. This will include bridal portraits on the grounds, with tablescapes, on stairs, dessert tables, as well as those detailed shots with flat lays.

Male model, Stationary, and Jewelry would be on a Trade-for-Photos basis.
Photographer - there is a small fee of $150 to participate. We only have one spot left for a photographer.

The shoot will include photos within the Capitol Building, outside on the grounds, and a flat lay!

Hair, MUA, and Stationary would be on a Trade-for-Photos basis.

Join us for our TWO SET styled shoot! This day will consist of a more elegant, whimsical wedding set first, and then a luxe, western wedding shoot!

Both sets will take place on June 19th in the afternoon at Hillside Farms in Tenino, WA!

Our first styled shoot is on the calendar and open for applications to participate! 📝

This shoot is a courthouse elopement and will take place in Olympia, WA at the Capitol Grounds! ✨The vibe is editorial, romantic, but also fun. It will be relaxed and the perfect environment to get to know other vendors, while building all businesses portfolios! We are planning it for that perfect golden hour sun. 🌞

How does it work? This is the number one question we are getting so let’s break it down! ✍🏼

✨We develop a vision for the shoot or day. This means putting together a mood board with all the details and colors that collectively give the vibe we are wanting.

✨We coordinate gathering professionals together who want to collaborate to make a vision come to life. For example, if it’s a wedding styled shoot, we need to gather a venue/location, attire, flowers, event coordinator, models, and anyone else wanting to participate to make the vision come together.

✨We select a date based on a multitude of different factors, to include the dates available at the venue if one is being used.

✨All professionals are then communicating to coordinate exactly what each person needs to do or bring to complete the day! We strategize times, looks, colors, and details.

✨We reach out to photographers who may be interested in photographing the shoot! There is a fee for each photographer to participate to cover any costs incurred. We limit the amount of photographers in each shoot to ensure that everyone has enough time to capture the best photos and have the best experience.

✨The end result? A beautiful, well tailored shoot that provides every professional photographs to use for their business. It also provides the perfect networking opportunity, as well as a fun and relaxed environment to work with others in the industry. The experience is definitely something that you won’t forget!

Working with some amazing women to coordinate and put this styled shoot together was beautiful and empowering. ✨

Our goal was to produce a beautiful, Bridgerton/garden elopement vibe. I may be biased, but I think we all perfected it. 👌🏼
