At Casella, we proudly honor the contributions of our interns, remarkable individuals shaping the future of sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence.

Since 2020, we've welcomed 90 high school and college students into our Student Internship Program, each gaining hands-on experience that mirrors our core values of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement. Through professional mentorship, collaboration with seasoned field teams, and access to real-world projects, our interns build essential skills while contributing fresh ideas that enrich our operations.

In December, Casella lost a valued leader and friend, Mike Wilson, Vice President of Fleet, whose contributions helped shape the success of the annual Maintenance and Operations Summit and strengthen countless vendor partnerships. To honor Wilson’s legacy, we introduced the inaugural Casella Grand Prix, a spirited go-kart event held at Foxwoods Resort. This moment honors the resilience of our team, our customers, and the essential workers who helped make recovery possible. 🤝
