It's a bit early but as I've found in dealing with companies large and small for annual company picnics and annual company parties. Individual events, club, Wedding Receptions, Church events, School events, Teaching events, Any event you have and might want to experience the Cattle Drive and how they did their cooking. Thought I'd put it out now for your consideration.
Bison Hill Chuckwagon Catering is a great way for companies or individuals wanting a different kind of catered meal.
We offer just about any kind of catering need you might have. There are endless choices for entrees and side dishes as well as desserts.Not only is this a fun way to cater your party but a wonderful experience to see and observe how foods were prepared on the cattle trails of the "Old West" it's a great time to have a themed event. Hunting Camp meals, Cattle Drive and Round up meals Fellowship meals . We do them all. Experience the smell of a chuckwagon camp. Experience the TRUE coffee used on the trail. Enjoy meats cooked over an open fire. Side dishes of any kind or if you want simple, exactly like the Cowboys ate. We offer Cowboy Chuckwagon Beans that are amazing. Or how about Cowboy Trail Stew with plenty of vegetables and meat in a rich tasty Broth.
Or if you so desire, how about a nice juicy beef steak of pork loin steak or a great chicken breast. Maybe a great Burger or a huge Hot Dog. If you can imagine it we can prepare it. One of our last 3 day events we served huge shrimp for one of the meals. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We do them all. 52 years of Foodservice Experience

Don't forget. This Saturday October 19th Annual Oklahoma City Stockyard Stampede kickoff with the Long Horn Steers Parade then samples served at 11 am til gone in the Chuckwagon Camp sponsored by Cattlesmans Steakhouse. I've got 5 wagons cooking and a 6th one serving The ORIGINAL COFFEE of choice by Cowboys and Cattle Drives.
ARBUCKLES ARIOSA Coffee. This is the same authentic coffee every coffee drinking Cowboy had on the trail and they drank a lot of it.check out why it was, and pick a pound of it up while your there. Don Decker from the Cowboy Museum in Nacona Texas will be there with this amazing coffee. I'll even be serving some at my wagon.

Hello Everyone.
This coming Saturday October 19th., 2024 is the annual Stockyards Stampede in Ole Stockyards City in Oklahoma City. Kick off Parade with the herding of the Longhorn Steers kicks the day of fun off. Then shots be sure to stop by the Chuckwagon camp where you can sample some real Cowboy cooking from 5 wagons with one serving Arbuckles Coffee make 6 wagons in all. It's fun it's a visual of the cattle drives of 1800s. Good food and lots of other things for the children. Come join us this Saturday.
