The inspiration for our pastelitos or “little cakes” dessert menu 🎂 🧁 🍰

Picture this… 30 minutes before our wedding reception started, some of our guests’s teenagers were running in the event center….

BAM 💥 they knocked over our wedding cake 😭 right after it had just arrived….

We got no pictures of it before it was ruined, we didn’t get to taste it, I cried off my fresh makeup before I even walked down the aisle, and to top it off…. We were doing a SUPRISE gender reveal for our baby and there was pink icing everywhereeeeeeee 😭 🎀

This incident reminds us why a catered snack bar is so needed at big events… yes buffets can be nice BUT they can also go terribly wrong…
