Every business starts with one “yes.” 🌟
Today was a very special rental booking for us, and I’m beyond grateful. Seeing this setup come to life reminds me why I started. A huge thank you to Legacy In Motion Dance Center (formerly HSD) for trusting Emery and Oak to be a part of your special gold carpet event—it truly means the world. Here’s to many more celebrations, beautiful memories, and growing this dream one event at a time. 🤍 If you have little ones interested in dance - they have open registration tomorrow from 10am-12!

It’s like Christmas over here with all of this inventory arriving! But, it’s July - and I’m sweating. 😅
Today we welcomed cross bars for part of our pipe and drape system plus our gorgeous gold and silver stanchions (the silver ones aren’t pictured but we will have 16 of each color available for rental once all assembled this weekend!)
Watching a concept in my mind come to life piece by piece has been the best feeling.
And the very best part….our first event is NEXT WEEKEND!

The organization has officially begun!

It may not look like much in these pictures, but whew...the last 3 days have been a lot of work! I’ve started organizing my balloon station, and realized I’m going to need more bins! 😂

The first round of shelves are up, making it easy to grab-and-go to events with totes!

Four heavy-duty balloon column stands have arrived too! With 35 lb. base plates, they’re perfect for outdoor events.

Some of our pipe and drape will be here next week, along with THREE shimmer wall backdrops—black, gold, and silver! Gold AND silver stanchions are on the way too! ✨

So very proud of how much we have gotten done in just a few months! And we’re just getting started! Can’t wait to show you more in the coming weeks!🤍

Business cards are here! 🥳

I’ve been a little quiet since announcing the launch of our new business - but I’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready for Emery and Oak Events LLC!🤍

The past few weeks have been spent ordering inventory, planning, preparing, and working through all the little details that come with starting a business. It’s been a lot of work, but it makes me so proud! My weekends been full!

I’m also excited to share that I already have ✨TWO✨pending upcoming events on the calendar for next month, and I can’t wait to help bring those celebrations to life! Grateful beyond measure for everyone willing to trust in me! 😍
