Attending ITC was more than just being in a beautiful space with hella talented people. It was about finding a place that felt good. The kind of place where the creators don’t just see your work, they see you.
Fully. Honestly. Without performance.
There’s something different that happens when you’re surrounded by people who hold space with intention. It’s hella hard to explain because it isn’t about aesthetics or programming or who’s in the room. It’s a feeling. A quiet exhale. A sense of belonging that settles into your body before your mind can even name it.
In an industry that can sometimes make you feel small, being in a space where you are simply welcomed, where your presence is enough, feels different.
It stays with you.
I hope everyone gets to find a space like that. Not because it’s trendy to attend, but because it feels good in your soul. Because it reminds you that you are seen. That you are valued. That you belong.
Those spaces are rare. And when you find one, you know. It’s hella unforgettable.
A bit congratulations to the creators and the creatives who produced such an amazing retreat, and thank you for having me as a HOST it was an honor.
