My main focus is business headshots, created in a studio or on location in your business environment. I call it the Headshot experience! My journey has led me to shoot weddings over the past 15 years and I am fascinated with the human face and all it's quirks. The goal is to give the best headshot you've had in your life. But it is a collaboration! We work together to get there! I have a corporate headshot studio in an old manufacturing town experiencing a renaissance of young couples and growth. The Story of the Headshot Factory

Tod and Vicky Eltzroth created Photodelux over 10 years ago, to meet a need in the headshot photography industry for Corporate, business and professional actors. As Photodelux, Tod and Vicky have photographed and processed around 15-20 weddings a year with a formula for young couples. The Headshot Factory provides the same professional service for our business community with a studio based in Norwood. Tod has been creating images since 1979, beginning with a black and white darkroom as a teenager. Winning the Franklin Chronicle Photo Contest as a teen lit a fire to create that still burns today. Tod graduated from the 2008 David Ziser Digital Master Class and is a regular at the yearly National Association of Photoshop Professionals Convention, learning new tips and fresh ideas. Before creating Photodelux and now The Cincinnati Headshot Factory, Tod worked with and learned from Tony and Marty Steer who are "Sharpshots" based in Fairfield, Ohio. Tod is versed in Lightroom and Photoshop and attended Antonelli School of Photography. Tod was the PPSO Wedding Photographer of the year in 2015 and 2017. Tod learns from the best and that would be Peter Hurley as part of the esteemed Headshot Crew. Tod says, "At the Headshot Factory we believe you are trustworthy, confident and inviting for customers of your business. Your Linked-In, Company Website and social media image should show just that. I coach you in expression to make the real you come out!” Tod has a spiritual background and sees this as a relationship more than a business venture.
