Hello and welcome to Fool’s paradise. My name is Ian ewers and I have spent a greater majority of my life surrounded by food and culture, with a dream of having every type of person at the table sharing their life stories and experiences with one another. There is very few things we all do and eating is one we all do well. From simple business parties to big life events. I have had the pleasure of working with many different people and every single one has something you can learn from. My experience in different establishments has led me to a belief of people and their influence on each others life’s, something I feel we are loosing. Together we can have a community built on different experiences and perspectives harmoniously over delicious food.
